Welcome to the Seven Souls website terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email info@sevensouls.com.au. We may update these terms and conditions at time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.


The Seven Souls website is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

The modifying, copying or distributing of any part of this Site is strictly prohibited. You cannot claim ownership of any content that is viewed on this site.

All content, design and graphics that have been created by Seven Souls is protected by applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights.

You cannot use any part of this Site to further any commercial purpose...


On the Seven Souls website we only accept Credit Cards. If you would like to pay via phone then orders can be processed by either emailing info@sevensouls.com.au or calling Head Office on 1300 774 341


Seven Souls is not responsible for the content for the conduct of any third party website that is linked to or from our Site.
By linking to a third party website Seven Souls is not endorsing the content, products and services that is proved by the site in question.

Privacy Policy

Seven Souls will collect information such as your name, address, contact phone number and email address, and we strive to uphold the highest standard of privacy to protect you while using our website and undertaking a transaction with Seven Souls.

The information collected by Seven Souls can be used to send you any items that have been purchased from the Site, to send you any news or information that we believe to be useful to you and to monitor and profile the people accessing the site.

If you do not wish to have your personal information used in any of these manners please contact us. Any promotional material in the form of newsletters and online flyers will only be sent with your consent.
While Seven Souls exercise extreme caution to prevent a breech to the security of personal information, there is no guarantee that any transaction made over the Internet is 100% secure. Seven Souls does not warrant the security of any personal information that is transmitted over the Internet and you do so at your own risk.


At Seven Souls we provide a 7-day FREE exchange policy!
If you are not 100% happy with any full priced item we will gladly credit or exchange your item/s within 7 days of original purchase. After this period we may grant an exchange at our discretion only. We provide ONE FREE

EXCHANGE per order. Any further exchanges will incur full postage charge of $10.

EASY AS 1, 2, 3!
1. Email info@sevensouls.com.au with your name and item/s you would like to exchange
2. Once you have heard back from us, post items (registered or express only) to 79 Newman Street, Thornbury VIC 3171
3. As soon as we receive and inspect the items, we will express post your new goodies FREE of charge! Alternatively we can issue a credit note.

Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (ie spare buttons) must be attached. If we deem the item not to be in perfect condition the item will simply be returned to the customer.

We DO NOT offer exchange on any sale items or international orders.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If an item is faulty, we will cover all postage costs to replace it with an identical item whenever possible. If you do not want the item this is considered change of mind.

PLEASE NOTE - If we don't receive the item/s back we can't offer you an exchange or credit note so please keep the tracking number safe for quick reference.
